Your session's earnings are computed exclusively by Firebase Cloud Functions and added to your balance the moment the 12 hours are up — nothing to claim manually.
The base rate is fixed by the total number of registered Pulsar users, not by time. Every milestone crossed lowers the rate for new sessions — you get an instant push notification when it happens.
