Creating a Pulsar account takes two fields: a username and a password. No email, no phone number, no personal information of any kind is ever requested.

Your session stays persistent — once you're logged in, you stay logged in. There's nothing to re-enter, no verification codes, and nothing collected in the background.

Password recovery is coming

Right now, a lost password can't be recovered — write it down somewhere safe. A future update will let you set a unique recovery phrase so you can reset your password yourself.

Tips to stay safe⌄
  • Write down your password somewhere safe — there is currently no way to recover it if lost.
  • You can log into your account on a new device — as long as that device has never had another Pulsar account on it.
  • Keep an eye out for the recovery phrase feature — once live, you'll be able to reset your password yourself.
  • Since nothing personal is stored, there's nothing tying your identity to your Pulsar account.
